5. Cancellations
- 30+ days: Deposit refund minus $50 fee.
- 15–30 days: 50% deposit refundable.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
6. No-Show & Early Departure
No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
7. Taxes & Government Fees
16% TGST + $6 Green Tax per person (non-refundable).
8. Transfers & Weather
Schedules depend on weather and operations.
9. Force Majeure
