1. Booking Confirmation

  • Booking confirmed after 30–50% deposit.
  • Balance due 7–14 days before arrival.
  • All prices payable in USD.

2. Package Customization

  • Packages can be customized.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Prices may change due to seasonality and suppliers.

3. Package Changes

Before confirmation: Free of charge. After confirmation: Subject to availability, revised pricing, and fees.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Transfers, flights, promotions, and third-party services may be non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

  • 30+ days: Deposit refund minus $50 fee.
  • 15–30 days: 50% deposit refundable.
  • Less than 15 days: No refund.

6. No-Show & Early Departure

No refunds for no-shows or unused services.

7. Taxes & Government Fees

16% TGST + $6 Green Tax per person (non-refundable).

8. Transfers & Weather

Schedules depend on weather and operations.

9. Force Majeure

Rescheduling subject to supplier policies.
